The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our needs, with all the amenities we could ask for, including a washer/dryer and DVD player. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and the waterfront. The rooftop pool and braai area provided stunning views and a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. a wonderful place for families to stay in Cape Town.
My wife says that the dining table was placed a bit inconveniently, making it difficult to cook and prepare food comfortably. However, it was a minor issue and didn't impact our overall experience as a family.

My recent stay at Urban Elephant in The Docklands was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the excellent customer service and attentiveness of the staff. The apartment itself was stunning, with a spacious terrace and a breathtaking view of Table Mountain from the lounge area. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the V&A Waterfront. I loved that the apartment had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop area with gas barbecues, a tanning deck, and a pool was a definite highlight, offering stunning views of the city. Despite a few minor issues, such as the bathroom shower drain smelling on arrival and the road to V&A waterfront being a bit scary at night, these were promptly addressed and didn't affect my overall experience. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable sleep. I also appreciated the secure parking, allowing me to explore the city on foot. I had a wonderful stay at Urban Elephant and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town.

I had the best stay ever in the CBD area. The location was superb, with shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away, and the V & A waterfront within walking distance. The apartment was clean and stylish, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable room and bathroom. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the beautiful view of Table Mountain. The apartment had all the necessary facilities, including a washing machine and even Netflix.
The noise from other rooms and the hallway was a minor inconvenience.

The apartment itself was well-decorated and had all the necessary kitchen appliances for a self-catering stay. It made it easy for me to prepare my meals without any hassle. the location of the hotel was superb, with walking distance to the waterfront and many excellent restaurants. This made it convenient for exploring the city and trying out different dining options.
One of the negatives about the apartment was the design of the bedroom. The black metal decorative frame took up quite a bit of space and made it difficult to move around freely without constantly bumping into it.

The Urban Elephant in Cape Town had the most comfortable and homey rooms I've ever stayed in. The living room with a flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine was a major plus for me as a coffee lover. The private bathroom with free toiletries felt luxurious, and the rainfall showerhead was a nice touch. the room provided everything I needed for a cozy and convenient stay.
Personally, I found the city views from the patio a bit underwhelming. However, I understand that others may still find enjoyment in this feature.

The views from the rooftop pool area were breathtaking, especially during sunset. We enjoyed sipping on a glass of wine and taking in the stunning sights. The staff at the front desk and garage entry were friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcomed during our stay. the apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine and dryer, making our stay convenient.
There were a few negatives during our stay. The elevator and common areas inside the building had a strong marijuana smell, which was off-putting.
